I have applied for my first EAD concurrently with my AOS (arrived on K-1). As my former UK employer has a huge presence in the US, they are trying to set me up with a job here. They are asking for details about what I will obtain and when. Which EAD (I-688A, B or I-766, etc) will I receive (assuming it gets approved of course) and what dates will start running from and be valid until?

Thanks, Ed.

As a part of the AOS, we applied for the EAD using the I-765 form. The EAD was good for one year but she really didn't need it, she received her GC about two months after the EAD.

You will get an I-766 EAD, they don't give out I-688A/B any more. It will be valid from when it gets approved to 12 months later.

Yep, used code c(9) on I-765.
