We are right here waiting with you. Fill out your timeline and we will all get a more accurate estimate from the visa journey timelines. It will estimate the dates of your NOA2. It also lets others know if you are close to them in filing or not. We like to look out for each other and if we see someone approved from the same country and around our date, we know we are close.

how can you expediate the process???

For a K3 petition you can try prority processing; but unless you are in the armed forces ready to be deployed or in a dire medical situation where your spouses presence is required there is a 95% condidence level you wil be denied.

Using James's shortcut can save you 3 months off the IR1/CR1 process.

Naturalization

3/23/14 - N400 package sent to Phoenix

3/27/14 - N400 package delivered

4/3/14 - NOA1 receipt date

4/4/14 - check cashed

04/29/14 - biometrics date

07/01/14 - interview date

xx/xx/xx - Oath Ceremony
