Hi,

My I-130 was approved and the case is now in NVC- about to be completed- I just sent in my DS-230 part I yesterday and now I am just waiting for the case to be completed. Any idea how long it will take? Also yesterday I recieved an email from USCIS that my I-129f was approved. I filed the I-129f in april but the I-130 was approved before it. What should I do now? Would they hold my case at NVC? Do I need to call them to cancel the I-129f since I want to go through the I-130?

It will take the NVC about 2 weeks to complete your case, once they do that, they will send it to the London embassy. I believe you can ask the CO to interview you for the CR1 visa instead of the K3 since it was already completed by the NVC.
