Hello,

My fiance in the States may accept a new job. My packet 3 has already been sent to Montreal and now I wait for an interview.

Who does he need to contact if he changes jobs? Or do I just need to bring an updated Affidavit to the interview and let them know the details of when he changed?

Thanks to anyone who can help!

Thanks Len.

And no, this isn't Mary, it's Misty :)

But yes, I'm on the waiting list... have been since beginning of August. I know... long road to the interview...

We've trying to get a hold of Montreal, to find out if there is a change of address form or something my fiance needs to fill out, but we can't seem to get through to them right now, so thought I would ask here to see if anyone had a similar experience.

I don't think so - as far as the change of address goes - but you have to let them know one way or another.

Best, L.

Since it's a K visa, perhaps it's NVC.... hmmm... at loss here. I am sure other folks will have more accurate info - don't want to confuse you.

You haven't sent in the I-134 yet, because you present that at the interview. Just have that letter be from his current employer.

I'm trying to think what form requires the USC's employment and all I'm coming up with is the G-325A, which they don't seem to do anything with anyway.

My hubby (fiance then) switched jobs 3 weeks before my visa interview. He sent me a letter of employment from his new employer, and a new affidavit of support form with the changes. I presented that, along with the W-2s, etc, at my interview. Not a problem.

Get a letter of impending employment from work stating salary, position, etc on company letterhead. That's what I did even though I havent excepted the job yet. I wanted to make sure the interview went well before moving. Also, have a cosponsor fill out a form, just in case.
