Hey all, how are you doing? I just wanted to log in and say a quick hello to everyone on here still waiting... Good luck to everyone...hopefully things speed up.

03/22/07 Received NOA1 for I130

04/25/07 Received Transfer Notice to VSC for I129F

05/29/07 Touched I130

06/25/07 Got notice in the email that they need more information for the I130 and that they sent me a letter in the mail (RFE)

06/26/07 Touched I130

07/05/07 Got the RFE in mail

07/06/07 Mailed out the evidence required in the RFE

07/12/07 My wife got the PCC done at her local Passport office :)

07/12/07 Touched I130 "Response to request for evidence received, and case processing has resumed."

07/16/07 Touched I130

07/17/07 Touched I130

08/07/07 Called for RFE info. They said not yet, and will have something in the mail by 3-4 weeks :(

08/15/07 I130 Approved!!! Woo Hoo!!! Finally....

09/28/07 I129F Approved!!!

10/04/07 Oct 4th NVC Sent K3 Info. To The Consulate

Nov 1st Interview Date

Nov 6th VISA APPROVED! & in hand

Arrived in NJ on Nov 10th

Baby due date is January 8th!

03/12/2007 - Married to my beautiful wife

04/16/2007 - Sent I-130 to VSC via USPS Express Mail

05/12/2007 - NOA1 received by snail mail after a loooong wait

05/14/2007 - Sent I-129F for K3 to Chicago Lockbox via USPS Express Mail

10/22/2007 - I129F APPROVED (161 days), I130 APPROVED (188 days)

11/08/2007 - I129F received at NVC, embassy case number generated.

11/13/2007 - I129F forwarded to embassy.

11/18/2007 - 129F petition received at embassy

01/09/2008 - finally, DOS gives me the interview date, April 16, 2007 (ouch)

01/23/2008 - never got packet 4, emailed embassy

04/11/2008 - picked up packet 4, did medical

04/14/2008 - medical report pickup, no problems

04/16/2008 - interview date- APPROVED!!!!!

04/18/2008 - both of us are home at last, POE JFK!

05/21/2008 - sent AOS and EAD

05/27/2008 - received NOA1 for AOS and for EAD

06/02/2008 - received Biometrics appt letter

06/19/2008 - Biometrics appointment scheduled - DONE

06/19/2008 - both AOS and EAD touched because of biometrics

07/29/2008 - EAD approved.

05/13/2009 - AOS Interview - APPROVED!/ Card production ordered email

05/18/2009 - Welcome Letter received

06/12/2009 - Second card production ordered email

06/19/2009 - Approval notice send email

06/22/2009 - Green Card received

04/09/2012 - Applied for Citizenship by Express Mailing N400 to NBC

POE: LAX on 03/10/08; Wife was asked just a few basic questions.

Finally our I 129 F reached NVC! Yesterday my husband called and they gave him a case number of our case. We will be waiting now to sent the papers to the embassy. I hope they will do it soon.

Thanks Zolanden! I think that your papers are at NVC too. Our was delayed because of mistake from CSC. First they sent my daughter I 130 instead of I 129 F. Give them a call. Wish you luck and speedy final of this process :thumbs: :thumbs: :thumbs:

Congrats Kalina...finally... :)

As for my update...here it is:

For my I130: NVC sent out request for Affidavit and Green Card Filing Fees to my lawyer the week of September 3rd. My lawyer finally received it as of September 16th. #######? He sent out the required info. NVC asked for. Does anyone know what is supposed to happen next?

For my I129F: There was a touch on September 25th so I called them up. They said I should be getting something in the mail shortly... :)

Good luck to the rest of you...hopefully things move along fast and we all get what we want in the first week of October! :)
