don't lie but if i were you go to www.immigrate2us.net and go to 601 waiver mexico.

Is your husband still in Mexico? Why did he leave the US? too late now if he has but check out that website and talk with kitkat she is very knowledable with waivers.

Yes my husband is still in Mexico. He left the US to go and try to get his tourist VISA so that he could be able to meet my family. But that didn't work his VISA was denied. Thanks for the website they have lots of information.

ur husband made 2 mistakes, first. that he left, second, that he lied. that why he got denied, and my opinion to you, make appointment with Immigration and ask them all about. and from there u go. who knows maybe u dont need attorney . and i bet that will cost u fortune, just dont lie and say the trith and u will get it ..

Thanks for your advice. I actually call my husband and told him today that we weren't going to tell the truth no more lies... Lies come out no matter what.. Thanks again. I appreciated your knowledge.
