It have passed almost 105 days that we filed my I-129F and no hard copy of NOA1. No updates, no NOA2. I´m really worried... I have read about the RFE trick, How can I use it for get info about my case?

Can i call to USCIS and ask if they need more evidence or what?

Thanks a lot for the help

Have they cashed the check? Better yet, did you send the petition with a check or money order?

Its pretty easy, just call the USCIS main number, listen to the menu prompts and follow the prompts regarding a request for evidence. I dont remember the exact path and it may have changed. You will be asked to input your case number, and you will hear something like please send in the requested evidence, and then you will have the option to speak to customer service.

If you don't have a case number, those wont work. But it looks like you do, just your NOA1 was suppose to be sent when they were having issues.

With a case number, you can check your status with USCIS. Go to their websiite and sign up!!!

Not sure that they actually have their case number, Dan.

I hope they do, as you know, this will help the entire ongoing process.

Without it, and given the number of days elapsed, they need to contact USCIS for a status update, if any is available.

If not, 105 days is a serious issue, with respect to the lack of an NOA-1.

It may be high time to contact an immigration attorney.

They have the case number, look at the post above yours.

During May and June, USCIS had some computer issues were NOA mails were not being sent or being sent late. Those have been fixed since as far as I am aware.

Hi Sand, in how many days we can have an InfoPass? Where is the appointment? It is in the office were we filed?

I have read about calling USCIS it´s wasting a lot of time and money due to than we need wait and wait for almost a hour for being attended... But, thinking better is not another way if we want to know about our case...
