I need to mail my RFE to CSC, they gave me a po box to mail too, can i use fedex or isthere another carrier to use? is there another address i can over night it too?

Personally I feel USPS Priority is almost as fast...

Other carriers will get there, but tracking packages is a headache.....go USPS for best results...
