A search will show you that different people handled this in many ways.

In our case, we looked at the form in its totality and considered that "Part 5: Information about Your children. List all your children" refers to the children of the immigrant spouse, whether the child is a conditional PR or a USC. I have a son (immigrant) and a stepson (USC), no USC children. We just listed my immigrant son and not my USC stepson.

We took "ALL" to mean exactly what it said. We have a USC child who was born in the US. We listed her. We also included her birth certificate as evidence of our bona fide marriage. They accepted that without asking for any sort of clarification.

Filed: Country: Canada

I did not include my two boys from previous marriage, just my daughter.

I took it to mean all my husband's children as well, not all children in the house.

Hope that was right!

To walk in such a place with you,

On an earth without maps."
