Does anyone know if a non-resident DCF is allowed in Singapore? Been googling info everywhere but have come up with nothing.

Hi, I called Singapore US Embassy before applying for K1 visa. I was told that there is no DCF service offered at Singapore US embassy. Good luck...

DCF for non-residents for the most part worldwide is no.....

I did some research on this and am pretty sure you can't unless the USC has been legally resident in Singapore (PR/employment pass/work permit) for at least 6 months. If by any chance you/your spouse are a Malaysian working in Singapore you could consider DCF in KL. They prioritise petitions from resident USC's but will consider accepting petitions from non-resident USC's who are married to Malaysian citizens if it is a "clearly approvable petition". Not quite sure how they would assess that though.
