Again Ill say :

Its not shipping to a P.O. Box with FedEx

FedEx will ship it from the Netherlands to the appartment of my fiancee in the USA

With her normal streetname etc etc

On the enveloppe that we will send out to the USCIS I did use the PObox address for Nebraska SC

The one they state on the USCIS website to use for the I-129F

=====

Where do we put the I-129F original submission line on the enveloppe (if it matters)

Ive currently got it top left

----

So if I understand correctly she will make out a cheque for $455 to Department of Homeland security

Does she need to make a copy of that for the other packages ? or only a receipt of some sort ?

----

Oh, and Im getting my DTP booster tomorrow morning.

You need to re-read the filing instructions as Nebraska is not where you send the submission.. that is OLD information

YMMV

Hopefully, the USC fiancee is capable of making a new envelope addressed to CSC and mail it to the PO Box. I don't recommend courier services because at most they save a day. Good old USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation is economical and reliable. No need for any kind of signature at delivery. If USPS confirms they put it in the PO Box, then it was delivered. Track it on the web and print the confirmation. If you want belt suspenders and a court order, send it Certified Mail but I wouldn't do it.

Mark,

You seem to have relied on a single thread to ask all your questions. Had you read a lot of the other threads, you would have seen the extensive discussions about the new filing instructions. As you go forward in your process, i suggest you follow along with what others are discussing. It will prepare you for what is coming next and remind you of things you wouldn't have thought about on your own.

Sorry if thats not the way to go ...

The thing is that I didnt turn out to be that good with the search option

i never really found the answer i was looking for ...

And i think most understand that i dont want to take more time then necesarry

Im more then willing to try again

But like now : I tried to search for digital autograph and for letter of intent

and I couldnt find anything relating if thats allowed or not...

So thats why i asked in here...

The paperwork stresses me out enough for me to dig through hundreds of pages where most times I couldnt filter out my answers ...

Ill try harder

thanks for your patience...

I'm not suggesting you search for answers instead of asking questions. Let me see if I can make myself more clear. I'm suggesting that if you simply read and follow along with the other current threads in the same forum, you'll learn things you wouldn't have thought to ask about. If you only rely on asking questions, you can only ask questions that occur to you.

By reading other current threads, you'll learn the process, not just get answers you YOUR questions. It's how the people answering your questions, learned about the process, well, one of the ways.

Specifically, if you had been reading other current threads, you would have seen extensive discussions about the new filing instructions. You would have seen discussions about methods of mailing the petition and all sorts of discussions about questions other people had.

that sounds different then how i first read it...

I will certainly try to do that more

that sounds like a good idea

;) one that did not occur to me yet

for now : would you happen to know if its allowed to scan my autograph and then paste it into a digital letter of intent which my fiancee then can print in the states ?

or does it have to be handwritten ??

Huh? After all this, you didn't include a letter of intent? No, your letter of intent needs an original signature.

I did

but the problem is that the address says "Nebraska Service Center"

Not the newly discovered California one....

No problem. It's a letter of intent included with your petition. The name of the service center isn't really an issue. Your fiancee could cross it out and hand write the California address or just leave it like it is.
