:goofy: Hello everyone! I will be filing an I-130 for my step-daugther (I am the US citizen). She is 18 but was 16 when her father and I married so everything is fine with filing for her. I was just starting to look over the forms, processing times, etc., and when I look up the processing times on the I-130 for the Texas Service Center (I live in Alabama), it does not show the I-130. It also does not show it for Nebraska, but it does show the I-130 processing times for California and Vermont. I cannot find anywhere (looking at the Guides and the Visa FAQ section) where I am supposed to file the I-130 (I thought it was Texas, but again, Texas does not show I-130 on their chart). If someone could just send me the link showing me where I am supposed to file I would appreciate it. Thank you. :goofy:
