I just started I am in my second week. I go to the meetings. I lost 90lbs about 3 years ago but I gained back 60

:(

so I am determined to get back in shape and stick with it. I am trying the core plan this time around and trying to exercise each day. walk my dog 30/60 mins and at least one other thing a day. I find its easier to wait for the visa if im being productive with the time... good luck stick with it ... we can do it

Wow that was a great achievement to lose the 90! look at it as being down 30 though instead of up 60!

Today is very hard. It's Friday for one and it's the last day before vacation starts so I always equate time off from work with eating decadent foods like fried clam platters, ice cream, greasy hamburgers, etc. I definitely feel deprived today. :(

I do have 30 extra points left before Monday rolls around but I'm trying to use those in one day so that one day a week i don't have to think about dieting. First week back suuuucks!!!!!!!!

I always wondered about that. Say you are on 20 points, can you eat 16 a day for 6 days, and then 44 points on one day to even out to 20 points per day? If you could then I would certainly give it a try. I'm 130lbs right now and I don't really need to lose but I would feel better at 124lbs.

I just joined Weight Watcher's Online 2 weeks ago and so far I like it, it's the easiest diet I've ever tried (I'm on the flex plan). I like the fact that I can eat whatever I want, just in moderation, whereas other diets, you can't eat this or can't eat that, never could follow those. I'm hoping I can reach my goal weight.
