:help:My fiance got his new job last January this year. He has a better salary than his old job. But the good thing is he's already a regular employee. Also make a better income to support me regularly.

But I am worried that we may end up showing his income tax from his previous job. He has a less than $2000 a month salary because he can't make any full time since he is also attending school at that time. Would that give us any problem in the future?

But we could provide though from his present job his pay stubs and certificates from his new job as well.

Please advise... It would be a great help.

Thank you!

where's your timeline? In the fiancee packet that I got last month, it states that if the petitioner has a new job that is making more money than the old one, then the best thing to do is get a letter from his/her employer and state his position, time worked, salary, benefits, job security (partime, fulltime, seasonal, idefinite) and have a copy of a months worth pay stubs just to be in the safe side. and have that letter signed by the employer with contact information incase they (USCIS or consulate) needs more info. You should be fine.
