HELP! I GOT PINK LETTERS IN THE MAIL

This does not make cents to me!!!! help!!

after completing my biometrics for AOS, today I received in the mail, an envelope

with 3 pink pages with "Request for Initial Evidence (I-485)" tittled on each page #######????

I am assumming this is an RFE?

Page 1 reads, (E.) submit a properly completed and signed Form-I693, Medical Exam

ination blah blah blah

I enclosed a sealed envelope from the civil surgeon with my application, (lucky I asked

for a copy for my records from the civil surgeon) I am looking at my copy and nothing

seems unusual????

Page 2 reads (F.)(9) Form I-864EZ blah blah blah, it seems this paragraph is looking for my

husband to confirm he is self employed on his own business letterhead (which we had enclosed

with application) or a business licence (which we did not).

(F.)(23) this paragraph as if he was employed by someone else asking for

nature of job, hours worked, pay stubbs,

Page 3 reads (40) Form I-864-EZ must submit W-2s. 1099s all schedules submitted to the

Internal Revenue Services- a copy of his Federal income tax return.

We enclosed the copy of his latest 2005 tax return and from his accountant a Form 9325 to show

his 2006 was filed electronically...

The only thing I can think of somebody screwed up with sealed medical I-693 and lost it in the office

shuffle or its sitting in front of their face and they can't see it!

Page 2 & 3, I am assuming they want the 2006 tax return and a business licence...??????????

??????????? anybody ever have to deal with this ####### before????

Any possibility of getting an infopass and finding out whether or not they have in fact lost your overseas medical? Thats the only thing I can think of since you already submitted the supplement, or did you send the complete medical? In which case just send a photocopy of what you have and tell them on a note that they are a bunch of tards.

If they have lost your overseas medical that could be a problem and you might need a new one or get your congressman/senator involved.

I would say yes they want the business license and 2006 return.

You can not use I-864EZ if you are self-employed. This is stated on the Step-By-Step Instructions under Part 1, Qualifying to Use Form I-864EZ, page3

It so states:

b. ...If you are self-employed, you must check "no" to the question and you can not use Form I-864EZ.

Problem is if you give them one thing to RFE for they hit you with ANYTHING else that's close,

Don't believe self employed can do a I-864EZ.

Get Tax transcripts and send them. They're MUCH better proof especially for self employed people without W2s or 1099s.

Thats the only thing I can think of since you already submitted the supplement, or did you send the complete medical? In which case just send a photocopy of what you have and tell them on a note that they are a bunch of tards.

If they have lost your overseas medical that could be a problem and you might need a new one or get your congressman/senator involved.

document records. This is all thats needed....right???? or do I need to retrieve another set of the original medical exam docs?

.... as the actual medical exam...from last Dec. was in a sealed envelope when

submitted at my POE upon receivng my I-94. from last January.

Have a read on a few posts within the last couple of days in this forum.... A couple of people have had the same RFE and it has turned out that USCIS has lost the medical.

You can not use I-864EZ if you are self-employed. This is stated on the Step-By-Step Instructions under Part 1, Qualifying to Use Form I-864EZ, page3

It so states:

Well that must be the glitch! I double checked my instruction sheet and if they would have made this clear on

page 1 ...who can not use this form....I would have not wasted my time! &*^%$^%$#
