Yes, me and my wife were married almost a year ago in the Philippines. Before she married me she was married to a Japanese citizen, she had two kids with. He abandoned her, and later applied for a divorce from her. We have the divorce papers, our NSO MC, copies of my wifes and her kids BC's, my wife's NBI, and she finally got her new passport with my surname. Im wondering will this be sufficient to show when submitting our 129f forms, or should I include other documents. Do you guys forsee any problems for us?

Sounds good for the petition stage but what are you using to show she has full custody of the kids? They intend to come with her, right?

in the philippines, the mother has total and complete custody of the child until it is 8. after 8 the mother has complete custody unless the father petitions. So I dont think this is a problem. The main thing is submitting the right documents to get the petition ok'd.
