What does this mean?

Yesterday I called the NVC and the message said that "the NVC is awaiting the return of the biographic forms. Once this packet is recieved allow 6-8 weeks for the review of all you documents." I sent in my Affidavit of support form last were and the only thing I need to send back to them now is the DS-230. So does this message mean that they have recieved my I-864 and have accepted it? or it doesnt have anything to do with the I-864?

did you include the G-325a Biographic form ? if not ( I could be wrong but ) I belive thats what they are requesting , you can take a look at the example forms here on top it will give you an idea how to fill it out ,

Part I of the DS-230 form is called "Biographic Data". This is what they are talking about, i.e., they are waiting for you to send in the DS-230 materials. The G-325a is not part of any NVC processing (it is part of the processing of the I-130 and the I-129F by USCIS).

The I-864 has nothing to do with the DS-230, so yes, they are missing the DS-230.
