We're still waiting for our case to be received by NVC. It's been 2 weeks since our approval already. I heard they are experiencing backlogs now. arghhhh So I don't expect to have an interview date by october anymore, hopefully early november.

I am same as you, waiting for NVC to receive my case, my fiance actually assigned my case to an attorney, so I know the approval from attorney last Sat, case is still pending on USCIS website. I do hope they can update their website very soon. Let's keep in touch

It can take a few days for them to update the website. But unfortunately for us, they never updated our case, still pending upto now. There's also another thread of April filers to NVC. Join us there as most of us are still waiting to hear some news.

Haven't called yet. I did send an email to NVC last week and still haven't got a reply from them. I have a feeling its still at CSC and its sent to NVC by batches. some april filers before my NOA2 date have called NVC and still nothing.. :( I'm praying that we'll have our interview date by october or early november. We should have same interview dates too!

You should here something soon. This delay seems to be happening to a lot of VJers.
