My Fiance will switch back to an Aviation Job on Sep 12th.Seeing that this contract is a one year contract it will state exactly that on all paperwork we submit regrading his job.So ,we plan on putting our I 129f in on Oct 1st and that means that we would apply for AOS right around the time his contract ends.........Is that a possible cause for problems?

The Company he will be working for is PlaneTechs and they hire ppl for different customers,so from what I understand he will have a job with PlaneTechs AFTER that year as well it's just that that particular contract with that customer ends in Sep of 2008.Can anyone tell me what papers we will need from Plane Techs stating that even though that particular contract (with THAT customer) ends he still has a job and will simply be working for another customer of Plane Techs?

Thanks, kinda confused here. This change in jobs came so to say over night.......

Natasha

PS:He will be making WAY more than the 125% so that's not the problem

Met on May 17,2005

Got engaged on Sep 15th,2006

Came to the US for good on Jan 27th,2009

and we got married on March 28th,2009

Well you'll have to prove that he makes enough for the 2 of you. The type of papers you need to provide are the tax returns with W2, etc (or other tax papers) and optional are pay subs, letter from the employeur, etc.

As long as he has a job and can prove it it'll be fine.

ya I know about all that as in paystubs, letter from employer and that. And he will make enough (62000$ a year) but as I said the contract begins on Sep 12th and ends on September 12th 2008,and that of course will e on the papers where it asks whether the job is permanent or temporary.THAT'S what I'm concerned about.Getting a new job with an A&P lisence is no biggie but it WILL state on the papers that his contract ends Sep 12th 2008.

Any advice?
