I only addressed them reading "more than two" as "two or more". Of course, the two year window applies. No argument here.

You indicate no arguement on the latter, do you still dispute the former? Because your interpretation is inconsistent with actual experiences.....

YMMV

I don't see any argument at all. I have no former and latter. I made one statement. It was correct. What disagreement do you see?

USCIS is requiring a waiver for the second K1 petition.

Your statement above is the end result of your interpretation of how the USCIS is adjudicating "more than two" as "two or more" and based on that a second K-1 is requiring a waiver. I am simply saying that if you still hold your original statement as true then your interpretation is inconsistent with actual experiences.

I see. In the context of my first statement and that of the question asked, the statement is correct. If you change the context to two K1 petitions filed more than two years apart, it is not correct. That context never came up until you brought it up. Rather than humping my cyber leg, why not just add a clarification that the statement is correct when two K1 petitions are filed within two years.

No argument.

The reason I brought that up is that she is talking about filing a waiver, and he had only one previous K-1?

so I dont understand... I understand he omitted putting the previous k-1 down on paper in the application,

but why file a waiver?

This is my second k-1 and its outside the two-year window... (its been more than two years)

so I didnt file a waiver.... but I did put down all the info on the previous k-1

USCIS is requiring a waiver for the second K1 petition.

Pushbrk, the "you" was you

No they are not requiring a waiver on the second K-1. I SPEAK FROM EXPERIENCE... You do not... I did not request or need a IMBRA waiver on my second K-1! If it is in the two year window, then yes a waiver will be needed.

I only addressed them reading "more than two" as "two or more". Of course, the two year window applies. No argument here.
