hi everybody,

today i recieved an email from uscis saying :

Application Type: I485 , APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR

TO ADJUST STATUS

Current Status: Card production ordered.

On August 17, 2007, we ordered production of your new card. Please

allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from

you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call

customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we

process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

we been married over three years so i don't think there is that lifting conditions thing right?

and is it over all i have to do now is just wait for my green card?

You are getting a GREEN CARD! You can relax for the next 21 months when you file to remove the conditions.

June 4, 2007 - Mailed AOS

June 6, 2007 - USCIS received

June 11, 2007 - NOA1 for I-485

July 18, 2007 - Biometrics completed

July 20, 2007 - Case transferred from MSC to CSC

July 31, 2007 - AOS Approved - 57 days - Without an Interview!

Aug 06, 2007 - Received Green Card in the mail today!

Jan 8, 2009 @ 8:18PM - Our son was born tonight !!

I-751 - Remove Conditions

July 11, 2009 - Certified Mail to VSC I-751 Package

July 14, 2009 - Check cleared bank

July 20, 2009 - NOA1 & 1 yr extension - Receipt date is July 14. Case# assigned

Sept 1, 2009 - Biometrics completed

Nov 25, 2009 - I-751 is approved. No Interview.

Dec 14, 2009 - 10yr Green Card arrived !

As Kez said you should be getting the 10 year card... Congrats and nothing more until you file for citizenship (if doing so) in 2 years and 9 months.

Congtratulations. I just received my GC in the mail today, 7 days after the email for 'Card Production Ordered'. Yipee!

Just be sure and check they gave you a IR. You can kick back and get on with life if you get the 10 year.

Also can go for USC in 3 years, 90 days short of, GC date.

Hopefully they have ALL the correct info on the GC.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

Congtratulations. I just received my GC in the mail today, 7 days after the email for 'Card Production Ordered'. Yipee!

2 years and 9 months for citizenship. You have to have held a GC for 3 years when applying for naturalisation as in this case.

I think you where thinking of the removal of conditions which is 2 years (filing in 1 year 9 months) which is not relevant in the OP's case.

It took 8 days from e-mail to card in mailbox for us.

...once again waiting
