Vaccination question regarding Hepatitis B

Hello, when my wife received her DS-3025 overseas from the medical examiner, she was told that all her vaccinations were up to date as required, but she didn't have hepatitis B and the column was checked "Not age appropriate". When we went to a civil surgeon in the US to get the I-693A supplement, she said that the USCIS will probably require the hep B vaccination. I know it is listed as a required vaccination if appropriate for age, but what exactly is the age range it is required for? My wife is 30. Should we get the vaccination just to make sure?
