My friend has received a pink notice request from USCIS telling that her income last year does not meet 125%. So she's going to put her dad's income as a joint sponsor. What form that her dad should fill out?

Her dad will be sending in his recent tax return included W2's, 1099s, and a letter from his employer Is that correct?

Appreciated for your help guys

If you dont live with your father it is the I-864. If you reside in the same house it is the I-864A.

Personally I would complete a new one for both you and your father (with all evidence) and send the whole lot back at the same time. This is to avoid any further problems if they have lost the first one that you sent. It can and has been a problem for them to marry up documents and remember you are dealing with a bunch of monkeys.

Does my friend have to send the Form I-485 along with other forms or just the Form I-864&A only?

Thanks

yeah.. do a complete new one to send all together.

If your friend has already submitted an AOS application a new I-485 document is NOT needed for an RFE regarding the I-864.
