Change of Address problems

Wow, I really need to vent. I mailed a hardcopy of our AR11, change of address today. Then went home to fill it in online (our AOS, EAD, & AP are still pending and I wanted to cover us by having certified mail delivery and e-file). I was glad to fill it out online, as I realized in reading the details that the AR-11 does not update the address for any pending cases. But the online version gives an opportunity to update all pending cases by entering the reciept numbers one be one. The system generates a confirmation # for each peding case change of address. I realized this at the end....so I don't have confirmatio numbers for the AOS and EAD (only have the AP).

I then called USCIS to see if they could verfiy that my address was changed. Two people told me no, be because it was "personal information." Soooo ticked off, especially since I had called not more than 20 mintues before to see if I had an RFE (on the AOS, we had biometrics on wed. and still aren't in the system)....and guess what...they for my name, date of birth, and ADDRESS. The last two peopel I talked to said that I had to make an INFOPASS appointment to check if my address was correct. Is there another way to check to make sure the address is updated?

Please for give the rant. Its been therapeutic...I've calmed down since I started writing this. I probably ought to suck it up and just make an infopass appointment.

Just wanted tosay here that I am having the same problems to get the mail .It seems the mailman wont deliver my mail because he doesnt know who I am or never saw my name and thinks I am a ghost or something!!!I am sooooo frustrated about all this!!! Never got NOA1 to my AOS ,but on Sat got my biometrics appointment day! I am confused !What I think is,they got my NOA1 here but since I am a ghost or something ,they sent back!I am going to call them tomorrow and see what is going on.Hope they will know what to say!!Anyway,just needed to vent.
