The Doctor will accept oral testimony that you have had Chicken Pox.

Ugh - I got the antibody test done just to be safe. It was free, so no big deal.

Re: Sask doc - I briefly considered making an appointment to see him, since it would be closer to northern Manitoba than Winnipeg, but I decided after speaking with the lady at the Vancouver medical office that it would be easier to just get it done out there, a day or two before the interview.

I wish you luck with your medical/interview. I know what it's like to be in a remote, rural area - adds an extra level of difficulty and expense to planning these sort of things.

09/06/2007: Email from Consulate - interview changed to Sept 27!

Medical: September 26 - Passed!

Interview: September 27 - Approved!

POE: September 29

Wedding Date: October 12

Bride-to-be: 'Eka' (Canada) Groom-to-be: 'Pyrrhic' (USA)
