try to check Cathay Pacific airline. My cousin and her family fly with them all the time when they visit Philippines. They took the LAX-Hongkong-Cebu route.

May 2007 - arrived in Texas

June 2007 - our "big day"

November 2007 - 2-yr GC received

December 2009 - 10-yr GC received

Citizenship by next year!!!!

That is my favorite route and airline. It leaves LAX at about 12:30am and gets into Hong Kong at about 5:30am. I think there was about a two hour layover and then another 2 1/2 hour flight to Cebu. wow, maybe it's time to book a flight :D

How about business class for one way Manila to SFO?

About $1100 was the best I could find.

My fiancé is coming to Cebu from SFO by end of november/early december via Cathay Pacific. He got the ticket through an agent for $995 but i'm not sure if its already including taxes. I think its a very good price!

AOS TIMELINE:

02.25.2008 Mailed AOS packet

03.04.2008 Check cashed

03.03.2008 NOA dates for I-485, EAD, AP

03.05.2008 Biometrics Appointment notice date

03.19.2008 Biometrics Appointment

03.22.2008 RFE for missing (2) I-864 pages :(

03.24.2008 RFE mailed back

03.31.2008 RFE received and case processing resumed

04.28.2008 AP approval notice (dated 04.25.08)

04.30.2008 EAD approved

05.02.2008 Received AP in mail

05.05.2008 Received EAD in mail

07.10.2008 Received Interview letter

08.15.2008 Interview: Approved

08.26.2008 Green Card received

Anything other than bt-store.com out there? Anyone know any discount agents? I wish i could fly to Cebu for the same price as some of the Manila fairs... Best I had so far was my 1st trip. $1300 round trip... I wish i could fly for around $900!!!

You can't fly from the US to Cebu.

You can't fly from the US to Cebu.

LAX to Hong Kong to Cebu :thumbs:

Yup! That's our route when we went on our vacation last year. The 2+ hour lay-over in HKG was great as it gave us a chance to shower/freshen up before our last leg to Cebu! :)

01/05/09: Oath Ceremony 10:00AM. Now officially a USC!!!
