IF your case is straightforward. No visa overstays, no criminal convictions, your petition can be successfully completed without the extra added time and money of a lawyer.

I am sorry that you guys think I am trying to advertise this website (siam legal). If you haven't noticed, I have posted two posts regarding questions I had about getting my girlfriend a K1 Visa.

I am only a college student living in America (22) and have been living with my girlfriend for the past seven months. We have spent 24 hours a day, seven days a week with eachother for seven months straight and I just miss her. I dont want to make ANY mistakes, and am scared that if I do make a mistake, we're either going to get denied the visa or we're going to have to wait a long time. It also hurts when her and I talk about four times a day and a lot of times she will start to cry because she misses me and wants to me to come back to Thailand to live with her again, but then says that she knows I have to go to school and wants me to get an education as well.

I guess I could have phrased the post a little better so it didn't sound like I was advertising it, so I will take the blame for that.

The reason I posted on this site was because I have been using this since August 7th (yes, I know it's not that long but that's when we decided to try to get this visa) and have gotten great advice from users on here who want nothing more than to help other people out.

Sorry if this offended people, or if people thought I was advertising. I was absolutely not doing that, I just want to be with her as soon as possible and miss her a lot and want to get this visa with no problems at all.
