We just got our green card in the mail. Which is great but, I posted earlier that we lost her passport. Can she now get an American passport or can only citizen's get one? Also, can I get her a SSN and regular state I.D. now?

Thanks!

Congratulations  You will need to apply for a replacement at the nearest embassy of her country.

Congratulations!

As devilette already mentioned, only US citizens are eligible to get American passports. You'll have to get a replacement passport for her at the nearest Thai embassy, but you're good to get her a SSN and state ID now.
