Has anyone had their NOA2 from USCIS, IV packet approved from NVC only to have their I-130 sent back to USCIS?

I just called NVC and they said that our application is complete but they sent it back to USCIS. They couldn't give me any reason why it was returned.

12-19-2006 | Recieved email RFE

12-20-2006 | Recieved RFE in mail

12-22-2006 | Sent out RFE info

01-09-2007 | NOA2 Email received!

I-130 at NVC

01-24-2007 | Case Number Assigned

02-06-2007 | Emailed DS-3032 COA

02-09-2007 | NVC confirms COA in email

02-20-2007 | DS3032 & AOS Fee Bill Mailed

02-26-2007 | Received DS3032 and AOS Fee Bill

02-28-2007 | Mailed AOS Fee Bill and check

03-13-2007 | I-864 received

03-21-2007 | I-864 sent

05-16-2007 | IV Bill resent from NVC (never got the first)

Yeah, ridiculous amount of time. I don't know what happened with the I-129F. Every time I called they said it was in process and wasn't out of their processing timeline yet. It's now out of their processing timeline but I can't call them because I am up in Canada dealing with a sick daughter (which we conceived and had since we started this process heh) and you can't the USCIS 800 number from here.

When I notified NVC I was continuing with the K3 they sent the I-130 back to the Service center.

Where's Pushbrk when you need him?? :blink:

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

Well, I used a US calling card I had and got through to the USCIS. They said that the State Department requested that the USCIS to review the application?

#######? The USCIS already approved it, so why do they have to go through it again? Now they said I gotta wait another friggin 90-120 days for them to make a decision.

That really sucks. Have you contacted a senator or congressperson to look into your case?

2007-05-10: Biometrics appointment (both - Biometrics review)

2007-06-05: AOS interview letter date

2007-06-13: AOS interview letter received in mail

2007-07-03: EAD card production ordered

2007-07-07: EAD card received! (yay!)

2007-08-23: AOS interview (Documents / Interview review)

2007-08-23: Green card production ordered!!!

2007-08-24: Welcome notice mailed!

2007-08-27: Green card production ordered again... ?

2007-08-28: Welcome notice received!

2007-09-01: Green card received!

Done with USCIS until May 23, 2009!

3/27/14 - N400 package delivered

4/3/14 - NOA1 receipt date

4/4/14 - check cashed

04/29/14 - biometrics date

07/01/14 - interview date

xx/xx/xx - Oath Ceremony
