This is the Adjustment of Status forum. There's already a K-1 August filers thread in the K-1 Case Filing & Progress Reports forum... and you should know, because you started it! ;)

(.... I'll move this back to the K-1 Forum, but I guess it could do with locking to avoid multiple-thread confusion!)

2005 - We met

2006 - Filed I-129F

2007 - K-1 issued, moved to US, completed AOS (a busy year, immigration-wise)

2009 - Conditions lifted

2010 - Will be naturalising. Buh-bye, USCIS! smile.png

we just filed in august, and havent heard anything of yet? is that normal? we hired a lawyer to do the paperwork would they have notification they have received the paperwork
