Well i am happy to report that after a thousand emails and calls to Athens i finally got the email i have been waiting for! Today i got an email that says something i havent seen yet from them.......they finally posted that our case was recieved in their office on March 10th 2006 and they even gave me a case number! Up until this point i was told over and over that the petition has not been given to their office yet and to keep checkin with the embassy in Lebanon......well duh the embassy here says they done sent the petition packet to them 2 days after our interview!! i know we still have a long road but i am very happy about this small step.......the email said we will be notified when the petition is reviewed and a decision is made...........who knows how long that will be but at least they have it!!!

I keep emailing her. The last email I sent was about a week ago and she told me that she will email me back with the case number once they have the case. I think she is getting sick of me.

This is her reply

Case not received yet. As soon as received we will advise you of the case
