Hi friends, late this night my husband received email approval notice for I 129 F. :dance: :dance: :dance: Our online status is updated too - approval notice sent.

I am so happy :)

Wish to all of you fast approval and I hope nobody never to wait so long as me. :thumbs: :thumbs: :thumbs:

03/15/2008 - NOA's for : I-485, I-131 & I-765

03/16/2008 - Case online.

03/22/2008 - Biometrics assigned date: 04/01/2008, Bio completed early .

03/24/2008 - AOS Touched.

03/27/2008 - RFE Letter : Dated.

03/31/2008 - RFE snail mail rec'd date ( EZ-864 / Missing birth certificate).

04/01/2008 - Mailed RFE response.

04/03/2008 - RFE document delivered to Lees Summit, MO @ 4:03 P.M:

04/07/2008 - AOS Touched, Current status: Response to rfe received, and case processing has resumed.

04/08/2008 - AOS Touched.

05/27/2008 - AOS Touched, received USCIS email indicated case transfered to CSC.

05/29/2008 - AOS Touched.

05/31/2008 - USCIS snail mail stating I-485 has been transferred to CSC to speedup processing.

06/03/2008 - Received email from CSC confirming reception of transferred I-485.

06/03,04,06 - Touched!

08/28/2008 - Green card rec'd in mail.

06/11/2008 - I-131 Approval email received.

06/13/2008 - Received I-765 card ordered email notification.

Congrats!!!!!!

Finally they get around to your case, since you were long overdue. You were one of the oldest cases not approved on the list. I think just one more ahead of me. Then again, there are all those who never are put on the list. Anyways, happy sailing on the rest of your journey.

November will not forward to NVC, due to pending I-129f

Received By Consulate : 12-10-2007

Rec Instructions (Pkt 3) : 15-10-2007

07/07/11: U.S. Citizenship approved and Oath Ceremony!

MIL's visa journey:

07/26/11: Initial mailing of I-130.

05/22/12: Interview passed!

05/18/2007 Filed I-129F at Chicago Office ( Filed 186 days ago) 6 MONTHS!!

05/20/2007 rec'd NOA (184 days ago for NOA I ) REACHED THE 6 MONTH MARK!!

BOTH APPLICATIONS APPROVED 11/20/2007 THANK YOU MY GOD!!

11/20/2007 Date of NOA 2 email

11/26/2007 Date of hard copy of NOA 2

12/12/07 Date NVC receives paperwork

12/14/07 K3 is sent to Lima Peru, received case number from NVC.

12/17/07 Lima Peru Embassey receives K3

Kalina, so glad the LONG wait is over for you. As the days dragged on and on the feeling of helplessness and despair must have been overwhelming. Seeing the late Feb. early March filers being approved gives the rest of us hope. Have a speedy rest of your journey !!!
