hello...this is my first time to post here in this forum and i know my question is probably a repition of some other peoples question but i am tired to read through all the forum and look if anyone asked/posted this question already coz right now my fiance/husband is confined at the hospital and so i have to do all the paper work...anyway it is about the I-94 i would like to know if that is the small sheet of paper that they stapled in your passport at the airport upon arriving here in hte US or do i have to request for a copy for that? thanks...any help/answer would be highly aprreciated...Cheers to all :)

June 25-26, 2007........................ early medical appointment

July 10, 2007.............................. interview date (APPROVED)

July 16, 2007.............................. visa actually, really, already in hand :-)

First, I hope your husband will soon be released from the hospital :)

Second, yes, the I-94 is the form that was stapled to your passport at your POE (Port of Entry)

declaration form can be asked from the flight attendant or from the reception upon arrival. a portion of the i-94 is being stapled in your passport with the date of expiration.

thanks SILKE me too hope he would be released already....im having a hard time with this paper works...but at least now im sure what an I-94 is thanks to you...Cheers :)
