I called USCIS yesterday because more than 90 days since filed for my EAD I-765

They made a special request on the case, and the next day, I have the email stated that the card is produced!! innocent.gif

I suggested if you are outside of the normal processing date, call USCIS and they will make it special request about it, and hopefully you will get updated right after.

2007 Oct: Received PR green card

2011 Nov: Voluntarily Abandoned PR green card (due to relocation oversea). Received FREE B1/B2 & C1/D Crew US visa

2024 APR: Planned for EB2-C from Taiwan as Professional Pilot

@ Patrick n Olivia CONGRATS!!!

@ MariaDane - hope you hear something soon :)

The next rep I called said that she needed hubby on the phone in order to put in the request. So we did three-way and she asked for our zip. Once I gave her the zip she said that I needed to request an interim EAD through my local service center. I explained that I went on the 13th and what they told me. She said to go back since it's best to do it after 91 days not at 91 days. She said the local office will request that an interim be issued from CSC. I made the next infopass for Monday.
