Dec. 10/04... AOS Interview - APPROVED!!!!! (Passport stamped)

Sept. 9/06... I-751 sent to NSC

May 15/07... 10-Yr. PR Card arrives in the mail

Sept. 13/07... N-400 sent to NSC

Aug. 21/08... Interview - PASSED!!!!

Sept. 2/08... Oath Ceremony

Sept. 5/08... Sent in Voter Registration Card

Sept. 9/08... SSA office to change status to "U.S. citizen"

Oct. 8/08... Applied in person for U.S. Passport

Oct. 22/08... U.S. Passport received

Apr. 6/05... DS-230, Part I faxed to Vancouver Consulate

May 26/05... K-2 Interview - APPROVED!!!!

Sept. 7/05... I-485 & I-131 sent to CLB

Feb. 22/06... AOS Interview - APPROVED!!!!! (Passport NOT stamped)

Dec. 4/07... I-751 sent to NSC

May 23/08... 10-Yr. PR Card arrives in the mail

Mar. 22/11.... N-400 sent to AZ

June 27/11..... Interview - PASSED!!!

July 12/11..... Oath Ceremony

I haven't abandoned the place...

I've just got a new job and moved clear across the country..a new job that give me less time to be around here...

But I'm still around and will help if needed.. just not as frequent...

2007-06-05: AOS interview letter date

2007-06-13: AOS interview letter received in mail

2007-07-03: EAD card production ordered

2007-07-07: EAD card received! (yay!)

2007-08-23: AOS interview (Documents / Interview review)

2007-08-23: Green card production ordered!!!

2007-08-24: Welcome notice mailed!

Ok...I'm just a "newbie" here really, but I intend to stay!!! It is nice to come to a place where we have things in common.

Besides I can't work right now, so what else am I gonna do. Even after the GC arrives I love to be on here sometimes just to lurk and then other times I might voice my opinion (not often as I don't want to give false info).

You guys have helped me in more ways than I thought!

Oct 1/09 - I-751 package sent

Oct 3 - package delivered

Oct 5 - NOA mailed

Oct 13 - 1st NOA received and additional letters for my daughters I filed with. NOAs stated Resident Status

has been extended for 1 year and that we will be receiving a letter for an ASC appointment for

fingerprints, photo, and signature.

Dec 2009 - Received 10 year permanent resident card.

Feb 2010 - My children received their 10 year permanent resident cards.

Oct 2010 - My children were legally adopted by my USA Citizen husband.

ya, in the past week or two, I think I ventured out of the Canadian forum once.. and quickly returned =)

LOL, I did too...and quickly realised WHY I'd rather stay where I'm wanted and hopefully liked.

I think some left to that other immigration board. Each there own! I prefer to stay here and chill in the Canada section.
Ditto on that. I like the Canadian forum. It's not just about immigration stuff.... Plus I like to help people here and offer my advice with any of the Canadian Custom regulations.

FOr which I've been grateful for! :) I have to say the Canada Forum is the best one on here for information, friendliness, and all around atmosphere. :thumbs:

Yeah, I plan on sticking around here for a while too! I'm an honourary Canuck! :D
