Hi there peeps,

Just wanted to say hi - nice to see all the old faces from AOS two years ago and fiances from the couple of years before that! (Especially all those who fell into the Nebraska black hole!!)

Have just mailed off our I-751 and the waiting game starts over. I had my AOS approved at CSC without interview, so I am interested to know what is going to happen this time around.

Sorry I haven't been around much lately - my job keeps me so busy all day that I seldom find time to log in.

15th Dec DIVORCED AT LAST!!!!

Dec 23 decree arrives, I-129F sent to Nebraska!!!

Dec 27 NOA1

Feb 16 2005 NOA2 (51 days)

May 17 INTERVIEW 9am!!!! (day 141) Approved

May 30 Arrived POE Chicago (flight delayed!!)

June 13 applied for SSN

June 30 Wedding on beach at sunset awwwww

Sep 1 I485 transferred to CSC

Sep 15 EAD and AP approved (59 days)

Nov 25 Green card and Welcome letter arrive in mail (no interview) 130 days

Sep 14 NOA1 rec'd, transferred to CSC again

Sep 21 rec'd bios appt for 9/28/07

Jan 26 2008 Approved. 10 Yr card received 1/28/08.

Sep 8 N-400 sent to Nebraska

Sep 11 Priority date

Oct 7 Biometrics

July 10 2009 - Interview, approved!

Aug 20 Oath ceremony

Aug 22nd check cashed

Aug 23rd I797C received - case been transferred to California

Aug 29th Biometrics Appt Letter arrived

Sept 12th Biometrics Appt Pittsburgh

Sept 24th email notice of Approval - card ordered !!!!!!

I didn't have time to stay around here either, but as 2nd year anniversary came close, I started to look around vj for a few weeks, and still seems like nebraska is the black hole of the service centers. i'll send my application in a couple of days, to NSC, of course. guh! why us?? why us ???? <_<

good luck with the removing conditions part! even if it'll take a while, at least we're not separate anymore! and as i always say..better late than never! :rolleyes:

10/20 - naturalization interview appointment! - APPROVED!

11/12 - oath ceremony - CHECK!

and we are done with USCIS! yaooohoooo!!!! :)

06/01/2007 - Date on NOA (1 day after they received our package!)

06/11/2007 - NOA and Biometrics notice received via snail-mail

06/21/2007 - Biometrics taken

04/03/2008 - Transferred to CSC

05/14/2008 - Approved (notified via email)

05/21/2008 - Card received
