Hi,

We filed I-130 mid-July 2007, payment sent is the old fee. We just received NOA1 and will be filing for I-129F.

I have a question and clarification:

1. Should we send in a check for I-129F (the old fee)?? or send NO PAYMENT anymore as per July 30, 2007 increased fees policy.

2. I-129F package now for K3 should be mailed to California Service Center or based on the address on the NOA1 where the I-130 is also pending?

Please Help, Thanks!

1. You do not have to pay for the i-129f if you have already sent in a i-130.

2. The I-129f is to be mailed to the same address on the NOA1

Ok so even if we only paid $190 dollars for the I-130, we don't have to send in any fees now for the I-129f.
