Hi,

I am located in Denver.

I applied for my L2 EAD in NBC and my receipt notice date is may 21st 07. I got RFE on july 30th 07. I sent back my evidence within a week's time and on Aug6 07 i got confirmation email that evidence was received and processing was resumed.

Now by aug 21st it would be 90 days from the date of receipt notice, I want to expedite the EAD bcoz i do have a couple of job offers and they want me to join ASAP. I m trying to schedule infopass appointment, but all that i get everytime is No appointment information available. Should i still wait until i get the appointment available? Or can i expedite my EAD thro someway?
