For our K-3 visa, I mailed my I-130 and I-129f five weeks ago but my checks have not been cashed. I read somewhere that if you have no receipt number within 30 days, you can call them. But who do I call? I live in Idaho so my service center is in Nebraska so do I call them or do I call USCIS directly?

Thanks

You filed both petitions together? Exactly where did you mail them?

My attorney told me to fill them out and he sent them off. In total, I did four forms and my spouse did one. I have no idea where he sent them. He is on vacation so I have nobody to answer my questions.

Another testimony for the use of attorneys. You don't know IF or WHEN or WHERE your attorney sent your petitions. I suggest you contact your attorney. If USCIS hasn't cashed your checks, then their misinformation line operators won't even be able to misinform you.
