It was 2nd day for my son at preschool. He did alright when we first got there and I got him to start playing with some toys. I tried to sneak out, but just as the door closed, he turned around and started crying. AGH!!! Just rip my heart out of my chest and stomp on it a few hundred times. I have felt nauseous since I left him. :crying:

How soon can I go get him????? :clock:

When my boys went to preschool I felt the same way, I was so worried every moment. Now, I am so worried for my youngest to start kindergarten soon, I think because last year when he was in preK he cried every day for three months when I dropped him off. He tells me that he is a big boy now and is happy to go to kindergarten and if he needs anything he will ask his big brother, lol!

I know that he's going to get so much out of this school that he's going to. He's been staying with a family member since I went back to work, so I never doubted that he was being loved and he was very happy there. It's just the "not knowing" part that is killing me.

When my boys leave the house for school or for summer day camp, it's like a Calgon comercial. I love them to death, but with three of them and only one of me, I am way outnumbered. When my husband gets here the testosterone level will be of gigantic proportions! LOL

My life has been blessed with the love of 4 of the sweetest men in the world. James, Jonathan, Nicolas, and Islam, my sons and my S/O.

OPSSSSSSS I DID IT AGAIN!

Happy Wednesday mena.

I have a loose baby bird in my house  How in the world do I get it outside? Tried to put a bowl over it but it jumps, then I jump and we are both about to have a heart attack.

Hope you all have a nice day.

Jackie (F)

Ok, another mental picture. Jackie - hair frazzled - t-shirt n boxers - bowl in 1 hand - spatula in the other - fuzzy bunny slippers - bird jumps - jackie screams, jumps, and takes a swack with spatula - throws bowl at the bird - misses - bird lands in hair - jackie doing twirley whirls in the kitchen........ to be continued

:lol::lol: love ya girl

ohh and happy wednesday!!

Has anyone ever tried Spanx shapewear? I'm looking for some undergarments to wear on the wedding day and these have been highly recommended on Tyra and Oprah.

If you have any suggestions for me that would be great!

VJ Hours - I am available M-F from 10am - 5pm PST. I will occasionaly put in some OT for a fairly good poo slinging thread or a donut.

they're very very comfortable, and pretty good for shaping. i like their tights too. unlike corsets and such, you can still actually breathe while yr wearing them. (because oxygen is SO important at these kinds of events)

 Yes I know, I have some experiance with that..... I wore an actual corset to my first wedding and passed out at the alter. The funny part was as everyone was rushing to help me, the priest just kept going. When they finally managed to wake me, I eloqeuntly chugged a bottle of OJ and then got right back to the ceremony.

Last full day before fiance's flight here. He will be flying tomorrow, and he will land a few minutes after Friday officially begins. So....technically there is 1 more day, but really only one more sleep. :D

Eeeeeeeeek! I don't know what this feeling I have is. Is this what standing on the edge of 'life as it is and will be' feels like?

Tonight I'm doing a dry run to be sure I know how to get to the airport. I did not want to get a call saying "I'm here where are you" and have to say that I'm lost! It's not really that far and I live here, so "how could you get lost!"

BT

If I cause offense it is not on purpose, think about that before you take offense. If you feel offended, consider that maybe I'm not talking about you and maybe I accidentally stumbled onto a sore area and do not know. Thank you.

What a sweet, thrilling and scary event going to the airport to pick up my habibi was! I think there were about 12 of my friends and family there to meet him--kinda intimidating for him after 20+ hours of traveling, but he did great. A wonderful and monumental reunion!

The only thing I can compare it to was when I was 8 years old and my parents adopted my sister from Korea--that wait at the airport still ranks as one of the most exciting moments of my life.

Enjoy, BT!
