Packet 3 is the checklist mailed to your non-USC's fiance from his/her consulate after receiving the approved petition from the NVC.

Packet 4 is the interview appointment letter that comes from the consulate after the contents of Packet 3 have been completed and returned by the non-USC fiance.

can you please tell me what documents are required for packet 3 and packet 4? if there is something my fiancee can get now, then that will help save time later.
