hi there my name is Marcela from Colombia, i have found lots of good information about the painful process of the k visa..

we sent the 129 petition on july 10th and got the NOA 1 on the 17th of july... and now we are just waiting and hoping that everything will be just fine!!

i have a question: dont know what means when a case has been touched?? i would really appreciate your help!!

Hello M & J. Welcome to VJ. When you are touched it means the date has changed for your case status online. I don't know if you have already done so or not, but you can sign up on the USCIS website to view this. You can do that here..

Case Status Online Just click on Register at the bottom left and go from there.
