hello !! i wanna ask about the I-130 my wife send it to nebraska at 10th march and she not get the letter yet why it take this long time ?? and what will happen if we not get it after one month ?,

NSC forwards I-130's to CSC and that does hold things up a little. You should receive something soon. If you paid by check, has the check been cashed?

i pay by money order that better that what they say is better

You can track money orders from what I understand. But as aussiewench said, there's no need to worry. You'll hear from CSC before too long. It normally takes 4-6 weeks...

I hope, your wife gets the first notice, NOA-1 very soon. If she can track the money order down, then you can have an idea. If the money order is cashed already, then it is a clear sign that your first notice would come very soon. By the way, the current I-130 fee is $190.00.
