I think this good news. My case has been past 6 months since I -485 was filed. For long time I didn't heard anything about my case. Finally I receive a email requesting evidence. I don't know what evidence will be requested.

Does anyone has experience?

The RFE could be for the Vaccination Supplement (I-693A) or additional financial information which accompanies the I-864.

You should receive the RFE shortly and then you'll know for sure.

Good luck for a speedy approval once you return the requested information to USCIS.

Its usually either medical or financial. No way to really tell until you get the snail mail.

Alot of the time it is for items that where already sent so hopefully you made a copy of your AOS package and will just be able to send back another copy of what they need.

I 130 & I129F (K3) and AOS info in timeline

I already submit I-693A with I - 485 application in Feb. Do you think I-693A has been expired.

Someone told me I have to do full medical exam including TB test because there is new rule since March 2007.

If they request medical exam, I might to do full medical exam. I just wait the letter.

It may not even be for the I-693A. If you already sent it in, then it is probably for something else. Sometimes they send you an RFE for items you have already submitted. If so, just resend the requested documents to them as soon as you possibly can so that they can resume working on your case.

Good luck.

My case is pending at CSC for almost 5 months, I think it was under FBI name check. Hopefully, name check is complete
