For the I751 do we follow the same assembly guide that we followed for the 129F and I485? Meaning, the manila file with the top fastener and all that?

10/04/2007 Received Biometrics Appointment

10/26/2007 Biometrics 1pm

11/30/2007 Card production ordered!! Whoohooo!!!!

Yep, you are still dealing with USCIS and using the fastner at the top just makes the package neater, and their work a bit simpler.

I used a normal stapler, had to staple it twice once from each side.

I don't know why anyone would bother to consider another way. It's that simple, and there in black and white for you to follow. :yes:
