I do not know what is going on. I just talked with USCIS officer on the phone. I was told that that the FBI procedure is already over. If that is the case, what is holding it from being accepted?? She is getting bored at home, and would like to get a greencard soon, so that she can get her drivers' license. as well as start working. Everything she wants to do hinges on this green card...

You don't have an interview date on your timeline. Have you been transfered to CSC? A bit more information could be useful.

Given your timeline it could simply be that they aren't done working on your case yet. It hasn't been that long after all.

08.2006: Entered with a B-2 visa.

07.06.07: Civil Wedding

07.17.2008 AOS approved with interview. It took 367 Days!

11.08.08: Big family wedding

09.18.09-10.03.09: First trip to France with Hubby

I-751

04.19.10: Package sent to Vermont

04.21.10: Delivered in Vermont

04.22.10: NOA date

04.23.10: Check cashed

05.17.10: Received biometrics appointment letter

06.07.10: Biometrics Appointment

06.26.10: Touched

07.07.10: Card Production Ordered!

07.17.10: Card in the mail :) Done until citizenship

Oct-16-06 : Interviewed

Dec-21-06 : Entered the USA

Jan-05-07 : Married

AOS

Mar-07-07 : AOS sent to Chicago

Mar-14-07 : NOA 1-797C

Mar-23-07 : Received ASC Appointment letter ,on Apr-4 at 10.00 am

Apr-04-07 : Bio done

Apr-09-07 : Touch , case transfered to CSC

May-18-07: Case is pending at CSC

May-21-07: Touch

EAD

Nov-09-07 : Sent to Chicago

Nov-13-07 : NOA1

Dec-18-07 : Bio @St Paul on Dec-18 at 10.39 am

Dec-18-07 : EAD card order.. Yay!!!

Dec-27-07 : Received EAD card in mail & Apply for SSN number

It took five months to get Claudeth's green card without an interview so you should be getting close to some sort of action whether it is issuance of the card or scheduling of the interview. Good luck :thumbs:

my case was transferred to CSC. I talked to someone who happens to be from there, and was told that everything is good.
