PLEASE CAN YOU EXPLAIN ME WHAT WILL BE THE NEXT PROCESS.................DO I HAVE TO SEND THE COPY OF EVERTHING THAT I FILED TO MY WIFE JUST FOR HER RECORDS

BESIDE THAT WHAT ELSE I HAVE TO SEND FROM HERE...................AND WHAT DOCUMENTS DID SHE HAVE TO MAKE ...............

HOW LONG IT TAKES TO GET NVC AND FROM THERE TO US EMBASSY...........

ANY HELP WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED....

05/09/2007 recieved NOA I from CSC (Reached 6 MONTHS 195 days from NOA I)

05/18/2007 Filed I-129F at Chicago Office ( Filed 186 days ago) 6 MONTHS!!

05/20/2007 rec'd NOA (184 days ago for NOA I ) REACHED THE 6 MONTH MARK!!

BOTH APPLICATIONS APPROVED 11/20/2007 THANK YOU MY GOD!!

11/20/2007 Date of NOA 2 email

11/26/2007 Date of hard copy of NOA 2

12/12/07 Date NVC receives paperwork

12/14/07 K3 is sent to Lima Peru, received case number from NVC.

The K3 section under guides gives you the best idea of what is needed to send to your spouse.

The I-129F should go through NVC quickly, but it may take some time for the Embassy to receive it.

Conrats Sau! We were just recently approved also. I've noticed that I had a touch on both Tues and today. Maybe they are getting it ready to send to the NVC!

TODAY USCIS SENT ME A SURPRISE MAIL................GUESS WHAT...................ITS HARD TO BELIVE FOR ME..............AM I IN A DREAM OR SOMETHING................

LIKE BEFORE I SAID............MY i-129F IS APPROVED ON AUGUST 13 WHICH I CAN SEE IN THE WEB SITE OF USCIS AND THERE IS NOTHING NOT A TOUCH OR SOMETHING IN I-130 AND TODAY WHEN I CAME BACK FROM WORK AND SAW TWO MAIL FROM USCIS..............NOT A SNAIL MAIL ITS A REAL MAIL IN MY HOME MAIL BOX
