In part 1 in the address section it says:

Address- C/O

Does my husbands address have to be in care of someone else? Or can I leave that blank?

Where it says "Current USCIS status" I put "K-1 Visa Holder". Then where it asks for the expiry, thats the date his I-94 expires? 90 days after we arrived?

In fields where I have nothing to write, is it better to leave it blank, write n/a or none?

Specifically, my husband doesn't have a middle name, and we don't have an apartment number.

In 3-B you are asked to children and spouse. He put me, but doesn't have kids. We are leaving the rest of the spaces blank, correct?

You need to fill in all blanks, so if N/A is applicable put that and if None is applicable put that. They sound like the same thing really they are different, such as you might put NONE in a blank that asks for a social security number if you don't have one yet, or names of children, and N/A in a blank that asks for date of visa issuance if you never came in on a visa. Just a couple examples, but you should really think about if the question requires a None or if it simply isn't even applicable to your situation.

I had looked at that previous to posting, and I just looked at it again, but I still have questions.

1. The nonimmigrant visa number- I am looking at my husbands k1 visa. There is an 8 digit number in the lower right hand side, right above where the background pictures says "constitution". This number has no other text around it, and nowhere else do I see the words "non-immigrant visa number." Is this the same as his A#?

2. The I-94 number- on the sample form it says 123-45678900.

Looking at my husbands I-94, I see that the blanks for handwriting that number format were left blank, and above it is the printed departure record number, which is 8 digits, a space, and 2 more digits. is that what I should use?

Thanks for all the help you all offer. I can't wait to be done with this and able to offer help of my own!
