Did everybody in MENA forget to wake up today?

So we watched 300 last night. Well, I fell asleep about half way through and have to finish it tonight maybe. But can I just say, "#######?" Did anyone else see it?

We had that movie for about a minute. I got disinterested about 20 minutes into it. We never could finish it, so we scrapped it.

lol my grandparents had one of those.

A friend of his had one (ten years ago mind you) and he likes how solid of a car it is. Methinks he's afraid of getting into accidents.

lol the one my grandparents had was a former Driver's Ed car and I think it was from 1978. I don't know what happened to it...they sold it to my parents and my parents sold it around 1992 for maybe $100?

Hey everybody! I am awake....just been out today running errands. We finally got our co-sponsor's information mailed off and now we are just gonna wait. I don't know if they will make us go to another interview or not.

I was here yesterday, too. But, I was doing some catch up reading because there was a lot of action going on.

We are going to Alexandria tonight. 3 days in Alex , then 3 days in the North Coast. I might check in on you guys from time to time. I haven't even packed. We just found out about 30 minutes ago. Last minute vacation! Yipee!!!!!!

(Oh, and Doodle, we are driving to Alex in our Buick Century. Our car is older than most of the family.)

My fiance's leaving for the beach today too!!! It's only for a few days but I'm going to miss him more than I already do

Moh downloaded a copy of it with Arabic subtitles. I watched prolly 15 mins of it before falling asleep. It looked like non stop violence to me.

Totally feels like Wednesday, not Tuesday!

My husband told me last night that he wants to get a Buick Skylark when he gets his license.

All I could think of was My Cousin Vinnie!

For the first two hours of my day I thought it WAS Wednesday My day was going pretty well until I realized is was Tuesday.

So we watched 300 last night. Well, I fell asleep about half way through and have to finish it tonight maybe. But can I just say, "#######?" Did anyone else see it?

My husband and I started the 300 Sunday night and both fell asleep - woke up at 4 in the morning with the menu scren on We finished it last night. Not my favorite. it IS nonstop violence, for the most part. I thought the computer graphics were cool, but the story line was kind of dull and there wasn't enough to it. I did like it more as the movie went on though.

PS. i don't see any other Tuesday threads either....

LOL noooooooooooooo they're not "other Tuesday threads" -- they're "other MENA threads." I was just saying we weren't all still asleep in MENA -- we were posting away ! It doesn't have to be a "Tuesday thread" to count as being awake, does it ????

Today is just sucking out loud!!!!! Grrrrr!!!!

Couldn't get out of bed. My boy through his breakfast in the floor (eggs and fruit), of which I had forgot to put down the mat around his chair. Grrrr!!!!

Left my gym bag in the kitchen as I was in hurry to get everything and everybody in the car...so not working out at lunch. Grrrrr!!!!!

Got to work and the receptionist is out and makes the rest of us here at work ALOT busier. Grrrrr!!!!!

The house is a complete disaster zone from company this weekend and laundry and toys and I just don't have the energy to go home and do it all. Grrrrr!!!!!!

Anyhooo.....

"Gladiator" is my favorite all time movie so I've been anxious to see "300" to see if it's like that.

Gladiator is also one of my all time favorites. Moh says that 300 is really nothing like Gladiator because Gladiator has an actual story and 300 is basically non stop violence with no real story to it.
