I had a question about the proof of relationship for the Beneficiary, I may not be able to visit my fiancé until the interview due to my vacation time structure depending on how quickly everything moves.

We chat every day and call twice a day everyday, so we have plenty of chat/call logs and receipts from flowers and gifts for our anniversary and birthdays.

I visited twice before submitting the I-129F, so I was wondering if it will be a problem or suspicious if we haven't met again physically until only a few days before the interview?

Thank you in advance!

Entirely depends upon the consulate/country, and whether there are other red flags in your case.

If you want meaningful feedback, please do a timeline.

My fiancée and I were not able to see each other at all between the time I filed and when she had her interview. Just save screen grabs of your chats and video calls to put into a "Proof of Continuing Relationship" document that she can print out and bring with her to the interview in case they want to see something. Filling out your timeline will help the members here help you with embassy specific tendencies and such. Jaycel's interview was in Manila and it was not an issue. She brought that proff of continuing relationship document with her but they never asked to see it.

Being unable to meet between filing and interview isn't a cause for suspicion. It isn't a pre-requisite for a K1 to have time and money to spare for international travel (although it helps...).

You just need to evidence an ongoing relationship, best way to do this in your circumstances is via communication logs (maybe include parts where you have discussed your upcoming plans). Maybe take a few pics in the days before the interview and include them too, as you will be there.

Embassies vary, but I wasn't even asked for my further evidence when I attended my interview. Depends on the strength of your case and how the CO feels, I presume.
